Pete Wilson The Talk Show Host

I admire him from going to a news talk KGO talk show or rather he became a host. The news is a common denominator it is something we can bring up if we meet a stranger along the way and not come off as being too personal. It becomes acceptable to speak of the news talk show hosts speak to strangers on the phone all the time. They the talk show hosts will even speak to me a man out here in and about the streets or in my case in and about this dwelling of a house most of the time since I retired from a regular kind of a job. Pete Wilson wasn't that old he was too young to die and there we have it in this case the good die young sad for me to say. I don't ever recall speaking to him or calling in to his show but I might have being that I've spoken to most of them throughout the years. I write my bit part about the news and no I'm not paid to make any comments on the news unless somehow I have enough readership or I get the numbers as seen in this statistics for advertisers to place their adds. But as yet the numbers aren't there if they were I'd surely know about it. I do find it quite interesting to look at those who do read me as I try to understand the audience and their response to what I've written. People who have heard me speak on the radio in the past and recognize my voice give me feedback. The challenge is there. I am like many of you interested in the news and that about includes everything of which I know nothing about only a tad bit in certain categories of such subject matter after all my confession is in my other blog "It Never Takes A Genius" is just that I've no more talent in news broadcasting than any one of you out there in the audience. I'm merely a lay person with a bit of a hunger for the news and what it means to us to me to God and my country and so forth. Funny though most people I communicate with day and night live throughout the world knowing them from online chess which I describe in detail in another blog called "Nerves Galore". Those two blogs can be directly googled. This blog called "Journalism" cannot probably because it isn't as regular as the other two. And I am not a professional. I am only one among the rest of you out there in the blog land audience.

I Read The News The Other Day Oh Boy

She is an Asian teenager of sixteen jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and survived an attempted suicide. Pictured here is the Golden Gate Bridge I drew it from looking at a photo calculating where to draw the lines, borders and angles rather than tracing some tracing involved but not as much as some of my other pictures. Coloring in the structures is tedious but the end result is interesting make no doubt about it not many people I've known have had the time to spend coloring in or painting like this but I don't see why not more people should pick and choose their favorite picture and then draw on it they or you would be surprised just how good your drawings can be and the feeling as if you just matched a master at his craft by doing as I have. But getting back to the story after all this is a blog on the news not so much on my drawing pictures of people places or things. The jumper is Asian which caught my attention. Not too long ago a young man attempted the same jump except he was doing it for the thrill of it all he wasn't bent on suicide.

Animal Attack

This is a pit bull I would not have known it but this Internet is full of information. An acquaintance/friend tell me about a television program on 1001 ways to die. Having been bitten three times by what use to be a family cat now a cat disowned my attention is centered on what to do with these animals that attack and most importantly what to do once attacked. Having just read all there is to being attacked by the family cat and blood drawn from the teeth an ever present possibility of an infection can take place. God forbid. I am a lazy son of a human being but I did read up on what to do in event of being bitten by an animal. Steve Corwin died some time ago already having been stung by a sting ray. There was nothing he could do it was too late. Some time down the road I will find out if the stinger from the sting ray was poisonous which probably was. That is my guess. In the case of this "family cat" now disowned if this animal is infected which cats can carry such infections or has rabbis there will be a time when it is too late for treatment a crossroad so to speak will be a point that was it hit nothing can be done unless immediate attention with medical treatment is sought. There are some people like myself that just won't seek medical attention thinking that nothing will become of it just like driving a car down the road nothing is going to become of my car and that one hundred thousand pound train going down the railway tracks near by isn't going to jump the tracks and crush me to death. Life is a box of people in a city you never know when a nuclear bomb is going to hit. Now I'm being silly responsible Journalism is never like this. But are you gaining anything from this blog? Are you now more aware?

One Move From Complete Humiliation

He was the lowest rated player challenging me in quite a time for today at least. One more move and he would have check mated me but I knew his record in win loss wasn't good there was a chance I figured he would have missed spotting it but not a very good chance for me it was so obvious unless he was a ranked beginner. I was all over the place like a madman in fact I am a bit sulking the holiday blues have come to pay the dues I am not so true looks like something is wrong and I haven't a clue I put on my shoes even though they were stuck with glue the chemical smell may be say pew please look my word all rhyme and for this I say thank goodness whew. Einstein according to my wife when asked who she thought of famous who is the smartest man ever named Einstein and I'm going to have to agree. Several days for the second time I had asked a former Berkeley professor of physics on the air if he had ever met Einstein and again the same answer was no Einstein goes back further in time than Bill Wattenburg who I have come to know throughout the years from his radio program and being an occasional talk show caller to his show among others of KGO News Talk Radio 810. So be it has it is(an expression Ray Taliaferro uses often on his late night news talk show radio) Einstein did play chess but he didn't like it as it was too competitive. He was good at the violin which he says demanded good concentration like science which he admitted he was good at. I'm good at speaking, writing and reading English considering most humans or beings what have you of Chinese ethnicity of some 1.3 billion Chinese do not speak Chinese only a small fraction of them. I will google up the statistics on that shortly stay tuned. Have I gone mad if I say I am the gateway between East and West since I am of both worlds?

One Man Band Reporting

The news crew and the news talk show hosts I'm familiar with as a news talk show caller on a volunteer basis from KGO radio 810 of San Francisco California as well as getting news off the Internet from people all over the world. I draw my own conclusions from these people most professional journalist travel fairly extensively am I not correct? I would think so. And oh by the way this Chinese junk is just one of the pieces from China you can laugh but in due time the conception is that the Chinese may have the last laugh.

Jesus Kept A Diary

Yes Jesus kept a diary how do I know is it because the bible told me so? No the Internet told me so. But I've read it wrong before having been mistaken only to look the fool on the Bill Wattenburg show when I misread a web site thinking the Mona Lisa went up for sale but as smart and informed as he is he corrected me I'm sure that such a painting is in museum. Researchers such as myself can make mistakes. What are your conclusions dear reader did Jesus Christ really keep a diary? I believe he did. Tell me if I am wrong. If so many Christians worship the son of God and he kept a journal then good golly I'm not so strange and laughable and an idiot like my acquaintance/friend called me when I told him a true story. But like Jesus who was crucified I didn't feel so good when my integrity was under attack I confess I'm not the best story teller there is other wise I'd be mentioned in the Wikipedia in depth I'm just a small timer someone as persecuted I say as Ann Frank my people died by the millions in the 1930's up into the second World War but yes this is all behind us now let us get on with our lives let the historians deal with this matter. But there were reasons for the racist slurs hurled toward people of my ethnicity in as much as I thought at times I was just like anybody else a human. If you have read this blog imagine the New York Yankees a dynasty being regarded at one point in their history as being the scum of the earth and you will know what I mean. Let history be known China has done it and they can do it again when I do not know. Some say it is absolutely just around the corner an Asian did much younger and smarter than I am by far he answered my question without hesitation that China will become the number one economic super power of the world. I don't know it has been so long a time that people of my ethnicity have been impoverished that I could never see the light. Am I too far gone?

My Own Design I Love It

This wasn't entirely traced I had to make it up myself being my son took the computer away leaving me with nothing but a sketch piece of paper I had started from a monarch butterfly. With my photo gone I just decided to make up the lines and angles and give it the computer enhancement makeover frankly speaking I like it better than any Picasso masterpiece I have traced this image is published in my main blog called "Nerves Galore" a blog about online chess all one has to do is google "Nerves Galore" the image of this blue Monarch pops up and you can click on that image and the web site for "Nerves Galore" is presented the whole blog and nothing but the blog. If I don't say so myself yes this picture is absolutely beautiful I am proud of it please I wish not to brag but I must have been in the zone doing all the right things at the right time which makes up for all the stupid inane mistakes in my life. This is the picture of my origination my own design. My point is that I could not obtain a legal picture of a dwarf hamster without possible copyright infringements but this Monarch butterfly will do it is the same beauty of a hamster. It cannot and will not bite where as the bite of a hamster will not kill you only a sting from a sting ray may kill you it did kill Steve Irwin. I love this drawing when I pass on I want this picture embossed permanently on my headstone or on the cover of my blog or book or used as a symbol for the power and glory of China's next dynasty with me giving the words and explanation as to the meaning of the rise from the ashes of destitution and humiliation to a potential destiny of a great dynasty of economic significance as experienced in past history. It is not just for China to benefit from world peace and prosperity but for the entire global world. Democracy shall be the goal for America but what will it bring for China? Stay tune.
