I didn't have a good feeling going into this chess game having lost a series of games whatever I did was just not close or good enough to win. Player was rated 1222 and I had spun as low as I didn't want to be and it is three in the morning mind you with a Melatonin downed an hour ago this was not normally a place for me to be but I was in the mood and yes but are not the gambling losers also in the wrong places frequently? A long story short. Opponent lost and although the feeling was there to win I did but from the get go I felt the advantage was to my favor in the opening and my opponent could never recover as close and tight he played the game. Call it a quirk win for me as 99 times out of one hundred in such circumstances...you can already see my mind slipping.
